Making of rubber mixtures

KaloPlasztik is one ofe the some company in Hungary, which can make rubber raw materials also.
With our 50 and 100 litres rubber mixers we produce black coloured mixtures for ourselves and for sale.
We use EPDM, CR, NR, NBR, SBR, NBR/PVC.
Hardness is between 40 and 90 ShA.
All mixture batches are analized in our own labratory, where we use reliable equipments for quality controll.
Machines
We have 2 automatical mixing machines and 4 mixing rolls for making several types of mixtures. For developing of mixing we use a small-sized roll, which is suitable to make small quantity for testing.
